The Impact of Guiding Students to Participate in Skills Competitions on the Growth of Young Teachers

The improvement of the teachers’ quality will lead to school education. With continuous progress and development modern society, requirements skills competition in vocational colleges are also increasing. Young teachers can improve themselves by guiding students participate competition. This changes teaching philosophy allows them master new technologies techniques. Besides, competitions enriches curriculum resources while improving quality. In this paper, we reviewed research papers outlined positive effects on growth young teachers. Several targeted suggestions then put forward with goal facilitating transformation philosophy, enhancing their professional development, ensuring rapid growth.
